I've lived in Clinton County my whole life. I grew up on a farm, with my mother and two sisters, between New Vienna and Martinsville, moved to Wilmington, married my first love and have been raising my kids here ever since. I graduated from Wilmington High School, attended Wright State University and I'm proud to say that Clinton County is, has, and will always be my home.
I am the Owner of Generations Pizzeria and the President of my company. These two jobs have allowed me to create and manage budgets encompassing nearly $20 million dollars of revenues and expenditures. During my tenure I've employed, trained and led almost 1,800 people to greater opportunities, and I have proven my service to this community by generously volunteering my time and assets.
Having served as your Commissioner for the last six months has reaffirmed my desire to expand my service to this community by asking that you vote for me to serve as your Clinton County Commissioner for the next four years.
The Commissioners perform a vital community service and they must possess extensive business experience, leadership skills to bring others to the table and an enduring willingness to serve the public interest of a diverse community. Another quality that doesn't get the attention it deserves, but should, is that our public servants must be ready at a moments notice to answer the call when the need arises. I know and love this county becasue I live here. From New Vienna to Kingman, from Sabina to Blanchester, there aren't too many places I haven't seen.
These qualities have been the building blocks of my success and for the last 20 years they have shaped me as a serious and qualified leader.
It is the duty of those who serve through public office to protect and promote the interests of the citizens. We need someone with extensive economic development and fiscal responsibility. We need someone with the leadership qualities that can build consensus and has the desire to serve faithfully in all aspects of the office. We need to ensure that the IDEA of “Business as Usual” is the only thing going “Out of Business”. Now more than ever, we need fresh, local leadership and new perspectives.
Having served as your Commissioner for the last six months has reaffirmed that I have those qualities, and I believe that I am able to best serve as your Commissioner for the next four years. I humbly ask that you support and vote for me. with my extensive economic development experience, my leadership ability, and my willingness to serve the people of Clinton County… we will see a brighter future.
